Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for an additional fee
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
